I'm trying to create  my own coupons.  All I see is eBay templets and they don't work for my store..

Can anyone get me going in the wright direction?

Thanks

Re: Coupons

@affordabl-33  I think it might help if you explained just exactly what your problem is with the ebay templates. "they don't work for my store" is a rather broad statement without any particulars.

Re: Coupons

Did you set your coupon to public or private?

Private coupons will not show up anywhere, you will need to share it with the folks you want to get it.

Public coupons may show at the top of the listing page.  Also, you can set it up in your store front banner.

If the coupon is not active it will not show up anywhere.  Unfortunately, you cannot set anything up until the coupon is active.

If you can be more specific about what you want the coupon to do, we can better help

Just my two cents.

Re: Coupons

You guys are wright.. More information would be better..

My store is new as am I,, I only have about 30 items adding more daily.. I like the idea of coupons ..

Anyway,   The goal was to have a weekend sale. Any item $50.00 and up receive 10% off,, $100.00 and up 20%off,,  $500. and up 30% off..  I'm not seeing how to do that  in ebay's templets..

Re: Coupons

I think you are correct, but someone else may know better. For what you want to do, I believe you would have to create three separate coupon campaigns, with 3 separate codes. And I'm not sure it can be set up per item, the way you are proposing.

I think you can achieve this by using Markdown Manager rather than Coded Coupons....with that, you could do 10% on all items priced $50 -99.99, 20% on all items priced 100 -499.99, and 30% on all items priced $500 and over.

Re: Coupons

I do not use volume discounts, so I am not sure how it works.  But I think that is what you want to do.

I think you can set those up to do that.  Someone else will have better info for you.
