Go to your Seller Hub, find the Seller Tools box and tick 'Manage Store'. When the next page fills, tick 'Subscriber Discounts' below Edit store. Your coupon will appear! Good luck.

Well, I use my voucher on day 1 or 2.  Some items sell out pretty fast but if you can't get what you want I resell most of my ebay shipping supplies.

I have no idea how long the voucher is good for.
