I have recently been selling on eBay. I have been on eBay for long time and bought and sell item occasionally. I never had problem with eBay or anybody for that matter, but now when i trying to sell more regularly they keep removing my listing and tell me that your product is counterfeit and for that reason we are remove your listing. All they are saying when someone report your listing we have to remove it. I try to explain to them that it is not counterfeit like i am selling big name brand item like apple, Samsung etc, but they would not budged. Any idea what i am doing wrong. I try putting my own information and photo of item but they still removed it. I am really **bleep** with eBay.

Those Earbuds that you have been selling are knock-offs of Apple products. Don't keep listing them or you will lose your selling privileges.

Don't get mad at eBay ... they are trying to follow the law, and so should you. Counterfeit and copyright claims are typically acted upon based on a complaint by the rights owners (in this case, Apple), and not random eBay members. If it is through the rights owner, then the first notice you got should have contact information ... it doesn't always have contact information, but you can make a request to eBay to get contact information.
When you get the contact info, then you need to protest it through the VeRO channels provided by eBay. As said above, eBay will suspend and/or ban accounts for frequent VeRO violations, and once you have a warning then your listings are monitored.
Now, that said, Apple has dozens of patents and trademarks on the AirPods, and it is possible that the particular item you are trying to sell is a violation ... you aren't the first seller to have these removed.
