Rather a dumb question...didn't quite get the answer before.
Guess I needed to be a little more clear.
I read about sellers selling stuff buy it now and then getting it unlisted because it might be
counterfeit and not authenticity guaranteed by eBay.
Example: Size Jordan shoes size 15 buy it now for $75.00. I don't sell shoes by the way. Just an example
from someone else here on this platform.
So seller gets it unlisted due to it maybe being counterfeit.
What if seller does not do buy it now for $75.00 but does an auction at .01 and does not state what the
value it is...would it still get unlisted or not? And seller sells shoes as well as buy it now price that are authenticity guaranteed by eBay.

Yes, they would get removed because counterfeit items are illegal to sell regardless of how they are listed.
So if eBay decides an item is counterfeit, eBay will continue to take that position regardless of how it is relisted.
