I have listed Airpods for sale as a way to make extra money but they keep getting flagged as counterfeit. I well know in the world of reselling airpods there is a bunch of counterfeit products that are being sold around. So to make sure that would not happen to me I found a supplier that sells refurbished airpods for cheap and if you buy them in bulk they become even cheaper. I am not new to selling tech as I even sold just cases of airpods not to long ago with no issue. So when I decided to sell the airpods to make some money I even made sure that they were authentic and that I and the person who was buying the airpods would not get scammed. The magnets work as they repel and attract each other and even the serial numbers come back as active and covered. So I posted them and they immediately got flagged for counterfeit. I talked to an Ebay agent about it and they told me to relist them with the word Apple in the title. That’s what I did and it got flagged again. Another agent told me to relist them with clear pictures, it got flagged again. And on the 5th time of them telling me to fix something or to relist it, my account got restricted. I even posted the serial number on Apple’s website to prove that it was authentic and not counterfeit. I was baffled how 5 agents from Ebay themselves told me to fix things on the listing and when i do it would solve my issue but i get flagged and restricted??? I have sold tech before and even people in my reviews said it was authentic, so i have no idea how someone can flag my item but the literal serial number pops back up to show it is authentic on the Apple website. It made me upset how the agents told me multiple times that my item was going to be alright and by taking their advice i get restricted. I even appealed but got denied. What do I do? Should I try to list them one more time?

The best way to avoid having your Apple products survive the anti-counterfeit initiatives is to be an Apple Authorized Reseller.
Obviously, that solution is not applicable to someone who buys refurbished AirPods in bulk.

Do not relist them again. That was the restiction reason, too many attempts. Sorry the CS guys encouraged you. It's best to find items with lesser issues, Airpods are a known problem for more than one reason. There are just too many counterfeits (and counterfeit serno's) out there.

To add insult to injury, the so-called Customer Service reps would be better named Disservice reps. They're known for making things up on the spot to get you off of the phone, and for telling you what you want to hear for the same reason. In other words, they lie through their teeth for a living. Even if those were NIB Apple Air Pods with full documentation, you still might run into trouble. I'd strongly suggest selling something else. I used to sell vintage jewelry, but sent Tiffany sterling straight to an antique dealer instead of trying to sell it on eBay. Same reason. Even the real stuff was nothing but trouble. Too many fakes out there.

They will - dealing with this kind of thing is like whack-a-mole for the site - it's a big problem and, obviously, honest sellers get affected as well as dishonest. I got take-downs for Dr Dre Beats - mine were absolutely authentic, but nope.
I'm sorry the front-line CS gave you such awful advice. I think the site ought to just cut the service completely as they seem to do more harm than good.

can you ship on craigslist? and is it safe in your opinion?

You can on facebook marketplace. I don't see why you can't offer shipping on craigslist...just don't spam either one with repetitive ads...
