Airpods keep getting delisted and flagged as counterfeit

So I bought a lot of airpod pros with cases from Target return. One of them was very used so I sold it a used. Ebay flagged the item 3 times.  Is this like otterbox where Apple gets things taken down?

Since we're assuming they're not counterfeit, I'll assume it's VeRO. Either way, you might need another venue.

It could be VeRO, they could be counterfeit. Either way, don't keep relisting them. They'll shut you down. Dang.

If you relist items that EBAY removed this could result in your account being permanently terminated.

If you bought them from Target returns, they could be counterfeit.

Retail employees aren't trained to detect counterfeit anything. Someone returns their fake iPods instead of the real ones they bought, the clerk takes the return and it winds up back on the shelf.  Same thing happens with expensive purses, tennis shoes, you name it.

They may be fake or they may be genuine. If a seller can't tell if an item is genuine, don't list it.

The easier you are to offend the easier you are to control.

Did you buy these "Target returns" directly from Target or from a liquidator? If it's the later you have no way of knowing for sure what the source of the goods were.

Yes it could be "like otterbox"  but I don't know what this has to do with Apple, Otterboxes are counterfeited in huge numbers, most of the takedowns for those are legit.

They are 100% not counterfeit. I have all the packaging and documents that come with them. I sold some other ones that were more “open box” from that same lot.

3 times and EBay has not shut you down yet? So far you are lucky.

Are their bots in the eBay community? Because everyone that’s a breathing human knows that Otterbox goes after anyone selling their cases without authorization.

Correct. Not sure of your point. Apple does the same thing. Ebay must comply with the takedown.
