There is a well-known manufacturer, who sells derectly its products on Ebay, has reported several of my item as counterfeit. The items were original, original packaging, different sizes. Ebay removed my listing, dropped me off the search engine for 3 days. How could you reason that?

Bottom line is that Hanes doesn't want their products on ebay even if they aren't counterfeit.
VeRO complaints require 100% compliance from ebay meaning they will always be removed.

Do you also enter the UPC code on the listing? Why would a Mfr. sell on eBay?
I wonder if a competitor is trying to eliminate competition by reporting others are selling fakes.

Was it a VERO complaint? What was your listing title?

I can't believe there would be counterfeit underpants from Hanes. If anyone is going to the trouble of making counterfeits wouldn't it be a designer brand like GUCCI or Louis Vuitton not an everyday American brand sold at Walmart?

Yes, it was VeRO. Specifically stated as counterfeit items. The title was: 3 Pack Hipsters Moisture Wicking Cooling X-Temp Moderate Coverage Hanes 41XTB5. There are still exactly the same hipsters for sale on Ebay by different Sellers.

Honestly I don't know why it happened to me. Panties are as Hanes as could be.

I would ask them why they think these are fake and what do you have to do to PROOVE these are not fake?

@yoonix1 If you are online still you can ask during the community chat with staff starting in 5 minutes. Since we are just other sellers here we can't look at backend account issues. I would not relist them as it could cause further issues with your account.

Hi, i see you have multiple listings up for this brand. Because of that, I think I would be pro-active. There should be info in the eBay message you received instructing you to contact the rights holder, in this case Hanes, so you can resolve the accusation. Do you have original receipts or other proof the items are original and not counterfeit? Showing proof to Hanes probably won't happen quick enough to end the current 3-day sanction, but it might help ward off more of your listings from being reported in the future. Below is a link to the VERO program and next steps to take.
"If your listing was reported and you believe your listing was removed in error, contact the rights owner directly. The email we sent you about the removal will include the rights owner's contact information. If the rights owner has made a mistake, they should email eBay to retract their report."

I'd be interested in seeing exactly what the takedown message said. I'm guessing your listing wasn't removed as counterfeit but for infringement -- you used their copyrighted images. (I did pull up a cash of the listing you entitled "3 Pack Hipsters Moisture Wicking Cooling X-Temp Moderate Coverage Hanes 41XTB5" and saw that at least 2 and possibly more pictures in that listing are Hanes's stock images.)
You cannot use the images belonging to another seller or the manufacturer. You MUST take your own pictures of the item.
Many of your other listings also use stock images and if those companies report the infringement, you risk a repeat of what you experienced with Hanes.
If I'm wrong and they're reporting your items as counterfeit, you can contact and send them a counternotice but again, I don't think that's the issue.
