Counterfeit Item Policy

I have been with E-Bay over 5 years. E-Bay removed my 276 listings because of " Your listing indicates that it does not come in the original container". I package my items; I label my items and I ship my items there is no other person in my business. Here is a sample of my item Title.

253336589937- Comparable w/Clean Cotton (U) Type* Perfume Body Oil 10ml Spray, 1/3oz, 1oz

The asterisk indicates the Disclaimer in the additional Item Specifications area.

Disclaimer or not, you’re not allowed to use a brand name in your listing or title for a product not made by that company.

do not relist em if you desire to be selling on ebay...

Yet I find no sales of such on this id????

That is not allowed.

It has to be sold in the original package.

Thank You for your information. I understood this line “Cosmetics, colognes, perfumes, and lotions must come in the original container.” to be for used items since that's where this line comes from. 

I'm puzzled every manufacture of Fragrance Oils etc.  move their products from one container to another until they get the desired effect once that is achieved isn't that the original container then they break it down to the sizes the customer desires, in the middle of that they sell product wholesale to vendors who package in what would be their original package which would be my position?
