Counter Offer if Declined offer

I declined an offer yesterday on an item I am selling. How can I contact the person to make a counter offer?  I know their EBay name, but not how to message them.

Go to ebay.com/usr/[username] and you can contact them from there.  Just be careful, many people wouldn't be happy with a message like that, but if you phrase it well you'll probably be ok.
