Cost of insertion fees with no Ebay store over 250 items a month. Is the 251 -400 listings costing me a .35 fee for everyone over 250 each month. Example= I have 400 listing and do not have a store. Is the 149 listing costing me insertion fees and final selling fees since I do not have a store?

Once the 250 free listings are used in a calendar month, you will get a listing fee for every listing.

All listings have a FVF.

Listing fees and FVFs are 2 different things.

Certainly costing you insertion fees.........you would still be paying fvf, altho a bit less with a basic store........depending on the categories you list in.  Starter store would NOT help you as it only has 250 free listings (and you do not get the 250 non store free listings in addition).

Yes, you're paying .35 per listing for everything over the 250 free. You'll pay FVFs on whatever listings sell.
