Converting an Auction Listing into an Inventory Item.

I have created a few hundred Listings, without creating them as in Inventory Item first. Is there a way to convert them to an Inventory Item, add the inventory amount and then create the listing? Without having to start from scratch? Thanks in advance

You cannot convert the original Auction Listing into a Buy It Now Listing.

What I did with a couple of mine was I just hit Sell Similar, or "Sell one like this" there in the listing itself. Then I just changed that draft that had the entire listing already made up over to a BIN Listing before I Published it, Listed It. Then I went and deleted that Auction Listing that already ended.
