OMG, Trying to get customer service help is like pulling teeth without novocain! I had an open dispute with a buyer who claimed he wanted a refund due to buyers remorse. He claimed the item was not as described. After going back and forth with the buyer, since his photographs of the item and my photographs were the same, I decided to ask eBay for assistance. After opening a case and providing full details of buyer/seller interactions along with photographs, I was told today that my case was closed by automation and that a LIVE representative of eBay had not viewed my case! The buyer was instructed by automation to return the item to me for a full refund, even though my listings state no refund! What the hell is this! No live customer service AND not adhering to my "no returns" in my listing! I am getting so frustrated with eBay and their coddling to buyers--they have no protections for sellers anymore. I have been selling since 2005 and eBay has been going downhill as far as helping sellers. They no longer want to deal with the little sellers. eBay get your **bleep** together and start helping those that made eBay what it is today!!!!!

Apparently the buyer went with Not as Described. In that case, "no returns" means nothing. You might want to read the MBG carefully. "No Returns" doesn't mean "no refunds". All you can do now is issue a return label, if eBay hasn't already done so, and wait for the item to get back to you. At that point you could try to appeal it, but I haven't heard of many winning one of those.

"my listings state no refund!"
Yet you agree by using eBay to the buyers money back guarantee.

Contacting eBay is pointless now. But you can try:

Just about every experienced eBay seller knows that a "No Returns" statement has no standing if/when a buyer opens an item not as described case.
And that's abundantly true no matter what evidence the seller has to the contrary.

Buyers have 2 ways to get their money back even if you have "no returns". They can "reverse credit card charges" (keep item and your money). Or they can use EBAY Money Back Guarantee (return item and get refund).
It is in YOUR best interest to allow the customer to return this item. You are fighting a loosing battle.
