For days and hours I am trying to resolve some issues. There is no way I can contact anyone for help

I'd recommend you ask your question here! Many times, the volunteers on this board can provide better assistance if it doesn't require direct access to your account!
If you want to contact customer service, eBay does not have a phone number you can call directly, but there are several ways to contact them.
You can click this link to chat with an agent, or request a callback if that's offered:

Or you can contact eBay customer service via Facebook, X, or Instagram by sending a private message (don't post publicly on these pages):

Is this the same problem you wanted to contact them from a year ago?!?!?

Save yourself some time. Ask here first and you will probably get your answers quicker and from your peers who have seen it all..

By identifying your problem on this forum or asking a question, you are likely to receive accurate opinions of whether it can be resolved. Even when the volunteers here cannot help define the appropriate path to resolve your issue, they can usually suggest whether you should cease or continue seeking a solution.
There are many problems Ebay members face which do not involve anything which Ebay will get involved in.

Ask here first as every time a small seller contacts Ebay it will be held against them in the long run. If you do need to contact Ebay use their Facebook page to send them a message with details. But you have sold nothing worth bothering Ebay over.

There is no evidence, and I've never even heard the theory, that eBay holds anything against sellers who contact customer service. Letting eBay step in and help on a case, yes. But not just contacting eBay.
That doesn't mean they wouldn't get a better answer here on the boards, but there is no penalty for contacting eBay, either stated or unstated.

I had an order and when I clicked on "Print Label or QR Code" it gave me two codes and when I looked at it, it showed two codes and two labels. I tried for hours to contact eBay. I managed to delete one of the codes and when I went to PO to ship the book, the code was declined. Next day I spent hours trying to resolve but no help was available. I could not get chat box, nor I could get any way to call them or receive any call from them. I had to cancel the order and I am still losing nearly 11 dollars by way of shipping charge. Same story today. Help and Contact is like merry go round. Takes again and again to the same page. I am thinking of withdrawing my name from Seller Hub.

That sounds like you tried to use the code that you had canceled at the USPS, and of course it wasn't accepted. You can cancel the other label as well, if you've cancelled the order (I can't tell if you actually cancelled either, or just removed it from the order).
Here's how to cancel a shipping label you printed on eBay:
Go to Manage shipping labels
Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select Cancel Label.
Choose your reason for canceling the label.
Select Send request.
https://www.ebay.com/lbr/labels-history/my-ebay
You have 28 days from the date you printed the label to cancel it (unless it was an ESE label, which cannot be cancelled). The refund takes up to 21 days for USPS labels.

Next time you have an order, if you run into any problems, come here first for help before doing anything like cancelling an order or even trying to contact eBay.

When a seller contacts eBay, it will be "held against them in the long run"?
Where did you hear that and can you offer proof?

"But you have sold nothing worth bothering eBay over."
Wow -- do you know how that sounds?

OP has a problem he is trying to get resolved. He came here seeking help and you say that to him? That was really rude.

I agree that it does sound rude. But, the underlying point isn’t a bad one. The amount of time that OP will spend on resolving an issue most likely is not worth the effort. That effort would better be put into something else. Now, I don’t know if it is worth it. And maybe the OP wants to take a principled stand. But, if we’re talking about a five dollar issue that will take 10 hours to manage, and a 20% chance of having something go in your favor, I agree that the juice is not worth the squeeze.
