Contact Buyer from Order Dropdown Menu Not Working

I'm trying to send buyer a message from Order page link "contact buyer". I press the send button and nothing happens. I've found an alternate way to message but if the link is broken Ebay needs to know. It appears that the send button is shadowed. Anyone else experiencing this?

I ran into that a few weeks ago but it was resolved within 24 hours. I think I went to the buyer's FB page and sent a message from there.

The message box does not recognize a cut and paste message. You need to type at least one character in the box for the message to be recognized. Seems like a downgrade in functionality.

@Anonymous, I ran into the problem today but I realized what was causing it - the page hadn't completely loaded. The browser still showed the X button instead of the Refresh button. If you run into it again check to see if your browser has finished loading the page.

Interesting. The page was completely loaded. I cut and pasted a msg but the send button was grayed. When I deleted a character from pasted msg and actually typed it, the send button colored blue and I could send the msg. Something is wrong with the page's code because some of the pre-printed text is jumbled on top of other printed text.

This is the problem, it's been going on for weeks now. 

The same problem will cause the menus to not expand on pages (there was a complaint thread about not being able to access the Sell Similar link). 

The same thing happens to me, the drop down at my user ID won't drop down... or if it does, the Sign Out link won't work. 

Sometimes you get the spinning circle thing, but the Refresh button will work.  Other times you get the spinning circle, but the Refresh button won't work (Red X).  Other times still you get none of that, it all looks fine, but the links/dropdowns still won't work.  If you wait long enough, it usually will work finally. 

There are serious page load issues with this site.

The same thing happens to me when I paste comments onto the Leave Feedback page.
