eBay doesn't have any "approved" or "qualified" selling assistants any more, and there aren't any lists of selling assistants available through eBay, or any rating system.

However, there are local groups of eBay Sellers called "MeetUps". Here is a list of them. There are several groups in Arizona, including Tucson. You might be able to reach out to eBay sellers through a local group, but you will have to find out if they are willing to take on consignments (many sellers don't work that way), and meet them yourself to decide if you want to do business with one of them.
