Consignment Seller Suggestion for Star Wars? (Cards)

Anyone know of a good consignment seller for Star Wars cards? (Star Wars, X-Men, Marvel...anything in that general world, although I am specifically looking for Star Wars)

Hit a huge Superfractor from the new Topps Chrome Black, and I want to make sure it gets the attention it should. I've used PCSportsCards, but their 31k followers aren't the right target market - great for sports cards, but not for this.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

If you want to get attention to a specific card, you could research how to use Promoted Listings here on eBay.

Instead of paying someone else to market it for you, just eat the promoted cost yourself.

I’ve sold 27,000 items. I understand promoted listings. That’s not the answer I’m looking for. I could let this sit and rot for years at a BiN price, but I don’t have any fear in auctioning it if it gets the right eyes on it.

Non-sports trading cards are a very small percentage of what I have listed, which is why even my followers aren’t really the target market. That “new from your saved seller” email is only gonna resonate with a few people that follow me. That’s why I’m trying to find someone else.

You seem to specialize in cards.  If you can't recommend one nobody can.

I understand you have selling experience that is why i suggested using PL. If it is something someone is looking for, they will find it regardless of who posts it. JMO Maybe someone will chime in with a suggestion/recommendation.

You could try posting some feelers on collector forums (specifically what you are selling) that you can highlight your listing.

Good luck either way.

No, I appreciate that. I felt you were being a little snarky so I apologize if my response seemed terse at all.

The biggest problem with high-end listings is it is hard to move them. That’s why people like PCsportscards, who can sell Cards for $30,000 and get their true value, really help. There are people who follow them for that exact reason…they’re looking for high-end stuff, and they know they can find it there.

That’s why I was wondering if there was a comparable type account who did the non-sports trading card type stuff.

We had a bunch of them, put them in a display case at an antique mall. They were hard to move.
