Confused

I had a auction that just ended. I had one bidder auction closed and went under unsold and it shows it had a bidder. How does that happen?

They are reporting a major glitch today and are working on it.  I saw someone say that when they contacted the buyer via the listing they could suddenly pay. Give it a try and see. Best of luck to you....

I have had the same thing happen to me in the past. Today I am having a major glitch with all my ended listings ending and freezing on the active listing page and not moving to unsolds.

This is a known ebay glitch at present as reported in my facebook ebay group 'ebay masters reselling group.' The issue should be fixed at some point but do report it directly to ebay.
