I sold an iPhone and I am a new seller so I just set it up on the ebay app after reading some of their articles and watching some videos to make sure. I listed the item and someone bought it for 85$. I was waiting for a payment so I sent a reminder after a day and he responded asking me to give him a price because he lived in Ukraine and it cost more (23$) to ship it to him. I thought ebay calculated shipping costs but I guess I’m confused because the price is already up and it sold? I feel really dumb can someone help me out?

Press the "send invoice" button, then you should be able to add the shipping cost to the invoice.

Why are you shipping to Ukraine when your listing states
Shipping to: United States?
It doesn't show anywhere that you will ship international.
The buyer should have asked that question before placing a bid.
I would cancel the sale due to the buyer being outside the US.
Someone more knowledgeable than me will be able to tell you how to do that without getting your account dinged.
You listed a phone as your first listing? That is one of the highest fraud/scam categories on eBay.
Your buyer also has 0 feedback and is only bidding on cell phones?
I wouldn't ship this phone to Ukraine as I feel you are going to get screwed on this deal. JMO
Good luck.

I suggest you cancel using "buyer" address as the reason (which is ebay legit), if you only have delivery to US in your listing.
As others have said, international can be tricky especially on phones......and probably best sold in the US by a new seller
