Hi I need help to verify identity

Since you are in Australia, you need to attach an Australian bank account to your Managed Payments account.

You will also be asked to confirm your identity.

That could be the Australian equivalent of our Canadian Social Insurance Number.

But I used my passport and DH used his driving license.

Because most of the posters here are American, you would be best to get advice on the eBay Australia forums.

I thought for sure I read a post that said Australian sellers had to use Payoneer.

We here in Australia use managed payments no payoneer, OP needs to follow the registration to managed payments they would have received a message from ebay on it. They need to follow the application steps, upload their passport and link their bank account.

No, we use ordinary bank accounts, but does ot have to be checking. Payoneer is used in NZ, not Au.

Thanks for your reply. I thought I had seen a post about members in AUSTRALIA having to use Payoneer, not New Zealand.  And no, I do not think Australia and New Zealand are the same place. SMH.
