Condition Wording Issues

I always have done well selling high-end colognes half-full whether the customer used the cologne or bought them as collector bottles.

I got some so I'm fixed to list them but my only options for "condition" were "new with box" or "new without box" and not "used".

So I went to eBay policy to see if they recently banned used cologne.  Turns out they didn't; they remained the policy that they just had to be in the original container.

So I did some searching around and sellers got around this by listing their used cologne as "new without box".

So should I do the same thing and pretend they're "new without box" when they're used or should I take all this cologne to the flea market?

You cannot sell used perfume.   If you try to violate EBAY policy you account can be permanently banned.   Not worth the risk.

Ebay has changed the rule fairly recently and now used perfumes are no longer allowed, unfortunately. I did a nice business with them here, was disappointed when the change happened.

You can sell old perfume it on ebay in the right category.  All perfume bottles are collectible empty or not.  You can list them in other perfume collectibles.  Most perfumes contain alcohol and are known to kill viruses, bacteria and even fungi.  It can even be used as a hand sanitizer though not as effective as products made for that purpose.
