please let dcsports know that one of their best buyers stopped looking at their auctions tonight because of the inability to filter on their auction page.

No store Categories for saved sellers including my own store. BLANK WHITE strip down left hand side. No wonder views and sales are nonexistent today. I also had a strange occurrence while Using a SELLERS SOLD ITEM template through general Ebay search bar to list a similar item. The Original listing came up with all the Item Specifics but the Listing Title automatically changed to my LAST NEW ITEM LISTED TITLE. Never seen that happen before.

Sounds like another situation for potential lost business with no accountability because of this error. <glitch>

I am having the same weird error as well on my eBay store too. I have a blank left side bar as well. I am not able to see any completed listings and sold listings on my store and on other saved seller stores as well. It would appear that this issue may be site wide upon my initial observations. I hope that this is a temporary glitch that eBay technicians are working on. I also have noticed that my sales dropped today as well. I have not had any issues making any new listings as of yet. Has anyone had any new developments or answers into fixing this problem?

Hey @coinslabz26! I did confirm that there is an issue impacting Store-branded search and is being worked on now.

Super frustrating. I am seeing the same issue but seems to be only when viewing an individual sellers sold listings. If I search site wide for an item I can see the filters in the sidebar but If I look at a particular sellers items then the filter bar disappears.

I can not understand how eBay can roll out an update that causes such an obvious error. Is there no quality control in their software updates?
