For foreigners I recommend Minnesota. It's corporate tax rate will help the USA more than any other.

Hello,
You need to do a Google Search for that kind of detailed information. Then you need to contact CPA accountant to help you setup documents to create a company for non-resident.
Also I noticed on your listing for your items you show your location as CA, NY, NJ. Are you shipping product from overseas or do you have product located in CA, NY, NJ? EBAY requires that you show location where product is actually shipping from.
Good luck to you.

Some of the comments in feedbacks you received make it sound like you are dropshipping. (There are references to "supplier" and "shipping company" and well as comments complaining that the pictures show better quality than the items buyers received.)
You ARE responsible for the quality, packing and condition of the items because YOU are the seller!
If you aren't seeing the items, don't know what your buyers are getting and are making excuses, your time on ebay will be shortlived.

Sorry
I don't understand what your answer has to do with the question I asked
Every seller has his own selling policy. You are not the one who decides whether I will stay at Ebay for a short time or not

Most of the users who respond here regularly are based in the USA, so we have no experience in establishing a foreign business.
I would not try to operate a retail company as a non-resident in the USA. You have to depend on legal representatives who are resident in the country, whose only interest in your business is receiving fees and payments from you, not in helping you succeed.
Based on the inventory you are selling, your legal representatives are not giving you good advice on how to run a successful online retail business. The drop-shipping business model is very difficult, and you have to comply with all eBay policies and legal requirements. It is your responsibility to do that proactively.
On the other hand, @albertabrightalberta has given you excellent advice, which is based on a lot of experience.

That is true but what they are trying to warn you about was the direction in which you are heading. Drop shipping items from China does not always have a good outcome because you are relying on the quality and shipping skills of another company halfway around the world. You are also competing against every other seller who is using that same company as their supplier.

This is an impossible question for anyone here to give you any solid help...no idea if you are talking about a corporation as a C Corp or LLC, or just a company as a sole proprietor...are you planning on having a resale license? And if drop shipping you may need a license in more than one state to avoid paying sales tax on purchases. You need to contact a CPA or attorney for guidance.

As ryry-jj stated this is almost an impossible question for anyone to answer. Lots of foreign companies operate business entities out of the US. As others suggested it would be best to do some internet research and talk with a corporate/business lawyer and a CPA.
You are located in Israel so I suspect there are not only US business issues to deal with but several within your own country as well. From the US side you would be dealing with Federal and State taxes, business liability issues, employees salaries, benefits, insurance, potentially import export laws and restrictions and an endless list of other things. A lot would depend on the size of the business you are operating. The following couple of links will give you an idea of the corporate tax rates for states as well as the federal government and some basic information on setting up a US company as a non-US resident.

It doesn't pertain to your original question but to your responsibilities as a Seller when you are a drop shipper.
