We have been a top seller for Ebay since 2007 with over 19000 sales on Ebay over these past 16 years. With sales over $400.000.00 yearly and 99 to 100 % positive feedback on Ebay. For the past 5 months however we have been gone back and forth from limited, restricted, and suspended account. We have called and emailed numerous times only to get that we have to show proof of delivery for open orders. We ship a few items overseas and currently have 3 in transit, shipped through Ebay's shipping service and USPS showing in transit. These packages are not scheduled for delivery for another 4 weeks. According to responses from Ebay they will not do anything until these packages are confirmed delivered. We are curious if others have had this problem and if so any suggestions?

I am a bit surprised that you have not been permanently banned for having your phone number as part of your Ebay moniker.

I see 1 item sold past 90 days for $2300 and nothing listed. Sellers that 'just start selling' again after a 90 day period, are treated as a 'new seller' (since your account could've been compromised since you are not actively listing/selling.
Curious, is that it? or is this for another account you are talking about?
Also- why does it take 4 'more weeks' to ship internationally?

The first thing I see for international shipments is USPS. We owned a mail & pack business. They (USPS) r extremely slow and in cases you r unable to actually track the package and the negatives go on. I do not ship international period due to a host of reasons and this being one of them. DHL has always been my choice overseas, but I assume u do not have that choice with the Bay. Good luck & sorry u r caught up in a mess.

If you shipped thru eBay then your proof of delivery is to the hub? Right? or are they still in transit to the hub?
