Commissions for doing NFP?

There's a Not For Profit that needs some help selling stuff. There normal guy is going to be out for a few months.

I'm a disabled vet that can not make ANY money, without it causing problems for me. They are telling me that I have to take commission to help them, because of Ebay rules?!?

1) Is that true?

2) If so, how can I donate the commission back to the NFP without it showing up on any records?

I would tell the NFP they need to create their own account attached their own bank account, and give you access to it.
