Combining shipping fees for multiple purchases from the same seller

Hello,

I hope you can help. I have been in negotiation with a business in France to combine/reduce shipping fees as I am buying three items and the shipping is tallied individually. We have come to an agreement and his last message said that he had made a special offer with those conditions and he said it was Announcement followed by a string of digits. How do I find this proposal? I am waiting to hear from him with that same query but time delays and I am growing weary.

Thank you.

the string of digits are the item number, copy those and drop in search box. He probably created a new listing with all your items in one listing/package due to ebays cockeyed way of combining shipping(they don't, nor do they have a clue about combined shipping)

eBay won't allow them to combine shipping for multiple items in one international order, so as @quicksilverdiecast mentioned, they probably created a new item for you to order just one "thing" and receive all your items.  Just search for that number or type into your address bar ebay.com/itm/ and then paste that number.
