Combining shipping and sending invoice

A buyer has bought 7 pictures which I had listed separately. One I listed buy it now because I had not listed it at the same time as the others and she wanted combined shipping.  She paid for that one plus shipping as eBay requires. I turned on the option for combined shipping.

The sales have ended and she won the bid on all the others. I tried to follow the directions on combining but it said to click on “actions” and choose send an invoice. There is no “ actions” option. I could see where I could send an invoice for each item but was afraid shipping would be charged on each. Help please

Re: Combining shipping and sending invoice

Usually in this case if you click "send invoice" on one of them the next page will show an invoice for any unpaid orders by that buyer.

Don't be afraid to click the "send invoice" button, there are more clicks required to actually send the invoice.

Re: Combining shipping and sending invoice

You can also contact the buyer informing them that they could make an offer on that new images listing.

You would in turn create the new listing in an auction format (7 day) and select the offer option,

enter the fill in amount in the minimum offer box (close to the same price as the opening bid amount), next fill in the Auto Accept box with the amount you have agreed the buyer would pay.

This ends the auction early in time to be shipped with the other items and is included in the combined shipping discount package as well as a please pay now you've won the auction invoice.  (Automatically generated)    Saves some money for both parties and is simple to execute, plus an easy template to create similar listings on.
