Hello,
Does anyone know if it's possible to combine orders through Ebay's new International Shipping Program? Thank you
Aaron

I put 2 of your items in my cart that show ebay international shipping. It appears that I could pay for them at one time but there was no discount. The cost was $10.94 for each card to Canada.
The single charge of 10.94 is less than it was with the gsp but when the cart was used, the gsp did combine the international part of the shipping so hopefully they will change this program to be like that.
When they first announced the program I was told by one of the ebay reps that items paid for at the same time could be shipped together but I'm not sure if that is how it is currently set up.

Thanks for checking, I appreciate it.

The help center articles on the new shipping program don't exist yet. They all just reference the old GSP.
I did find the terms and condition page here:
https://pages.ebay.com/internationalshippingprogram/seller/terms/
Which simply causes some confusion since the following terms seem to be mutually exclusive on the above page
vi. You will ship all EIS Items contained in a single order to the US Shipping Hub in one package;
vii. You will not combine multiple orders (either belonging to the same Buyer or different Buyers) in a single package.
General terms and expandable FAQs can be found here:

and the original discussion about this with the update team here:

I asked about that on the board a while ago and I think that it was Devon that answered. By 'order' they mean items paid for at one time. So if someone pays for 4 items at once, they should be shipped together. If they pay for them separately, they become multiple orders and need to be shipped separately.

Those terms seem perfectly consistent to me. You can't split one order into multiple shipments. You can't combine multiple orders into a single shipment.

Can you combine multiple LISTINGS into a single parcel? The cart system does not often work, and though listings can be combined for a single payment, the shipping cost for each listing is assigned and included in the total.

I don't actually ship internationally but the answer, according to the link above, depends on whether the listings were purchased together as a single order or paid for separately as separate orders. If they were purchased together as a single order, they must be shipped together. If they were purchased separately as separate orders, they must be shipped separately.
