Hi,
I have a buyer who wants to purchase multiple items from me. How do they order it so that I can send an invoice for one payment of goods plus shipping. I looked at an article about this but that said for seller to look for an option to choose "Request total from seller," and my buyer does not have that option.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Tom

Hi! The link below should point you in the right direction pn how to combine shipping for multiple purchases by a buyer. Congrats on your sale!

Read this thread for various solutions (that actually work).
Common reasons why the buyer can't use the Request Total function
1 - It is not available in the App
2 - It is disabled on the desktop by eBay for reasons they will not explain
3 - It is disabled for reasons eBay did explain years ago but removed that info from the Help Page (also years ago)

Can I tell the seller to put the items they want in their cart but not pay. Then I send an invoice for all?

Can I tell the seller to put the items they want in their cart but not pay
@bwaybuyerandseller
Sometimes that works. They can put the items in their cart and "request a total" from you. If the "request total" is not available due to using the app., they may have to use a browser instead. Even then it may not work. Make sure you have this enabled:
https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf
Allow combined shipping and payments
The cart will still not work if at least ONE of the products:
have free shipping while others do not
are immediate payment required
are already paid for
are on sale
involve offers/counter offers (you retain the "buyer rules" that do not allow combined shipping for offers)
are of a different shipping class
etc.
etc.
Good luck, and let us know how it turns out.
