Combine Shipping

If a customer has purchased 2 items from my store, and they paid for both, and the shipping, can I combine the shipment and issue them a refund for the extra shipping they paid? If yes, what would be the best way to do it?

It's fine to combine shipping. Add the shipping label's tracking number to the second order for INR protection.

If you want to issue a partial refund, use the drop-down menu to the left of the order to 'Issue refund'. Choose an amount, confirm and submit.
