Hi. Can anyone help?
I sold an item for collection. The buyer has a know he received it, has posted positive feedback but says he didn’t get a qr code and now I can’t say it has been collected.
any ideas please?

eBay sends the QR code to the buyer once the item sells with a listing set for Local Pick Up. When the buyer picks up the item from the seller, the buyer shows you the QR code, and you scan it then, at pick up.
Below is the link to how Local Pick Up works. You may have to call eBay to see how to verify the delivery if the code was not scanned when the buyer collected the item from you. Did you have him sign a receipt? That may suffice as proof for eBay. Good luck.
