Coherent Reporting?

I'm trying different combinations of reports. 
But what I really desire, it a simple monthly report that gives:

1. A raw sales total, minus taxes

2. A total of fees paid

and maybe

3. Shipping paid by customer
4. Shipping paid to USPS by me

The current "financial statement" only shows an adjusted total.
The "All Transactions" tab shows me the correct info, but no totals
