Hi I posted a parcel to Argos on the 13th may a week later, they contacted me to say as she was pregnant she couldn’t collect, I asked if some one else could on her behalf as she still wanted the item. She wanted me to send to her home address once I’ve revived it back. Problem is the store it was sent to is now closed, they sent her an email on the 27th stating her parcel would be returned to sender(my printed label clearly states my address) but the email had no order number on it. She seems happy to wait and the moment, I’ve had no confirmation the parcel is on its way back or received it back. And just tried ringing eBay but the phone lines are closed , what should I do, thanks Julie

I know about click and collect with Argos, but I've never used it, so I'm not sure of the rules.

This is ebay.com, the US site, ask your question on the ebay UK community boards, posters there will be more familiar with click and collect..

You are located in the UK. This is a discussion board on ebay.com, the USA site. We don't have anything like "click and collect" so I suggest you return to your home site and ask on their discussion boards.

Argos is a big chain of stores here in the UK, ebay sellers can ship stuff there, and then the buyers can go an pick up the item at their convenience when the stores are open. Employed people use it, because they are usually not at home to collect deliveries.
