Hi all, I really need help!
I sold an item back on June the 21st and was given a collect+ address which has an ecp code on it.
I sent 2 packages out to this address and used eBay to pay for the shipping. However, I have never received any confirmation code or collection code from ebay. Though I've been told I was meant too.
I've looked in all my messages, email and junk folders and nothing has come through.
This is the first time I've ever had to send something via click and collect and I think it will more than likely be the last.
Obviously the buyer is frustrated that he's got no items and I'm frustrated cause I've had to refund as well as loose out on the value of those items too.
Is there anything I can do to get that code? I have even rang the store to explain but they've been no help.

You're on the US eBay discussion group site, with what sounds like a UK-specific problem. You will probably find better help on the UK eBay site. Good luck...
