Classic Seller site

The new format is just awful...no views/watchers.  No PayPal access.  Please give us a choice to use the Classic or New Format.   This is an awful page.  Give us back the Classic view.

Re: Classic Seller site

As usual , eBay will take something that is totally usable, acceptable and comfortable for most and turn it into a mess ... it is what they do best ...

Re: Classic Seller site

Its an upgrade.  The customization is the best feature offered.  Its easier for the web managers to program.  Its supposed to be better across different platforms.  If you limit the columns on the listing page, you can squeeze them together at the top.  That's helpful.

Things missing:

I prefer # of sales rather than percentages over last year or the prior month.  Why isn't that editable in the Sales tile?

When viewing Manage ended listings, why doesn't it include shipping fees?  I use those regularly, and it helps me keep track of total costs.

Also, on Manage Ended Listings when customized to 31 or 60 days it stays stuck on 3 months.  That needs to be fixed.

Okay, nobody likes change, me included.  Previously, I knew what I was doing and was quick. Now I don't know what I'm doing, and have to search and research.  Its time consuming.

What I liked about the old site:

It took up less real estate than the new site. Many links that were used often were in plain site/one spot.

More information was on one page, using a gray bar with these headers and detailed info following. I liked the grey bar headers.  Now I have to navigate through 4 tiles for the same information.

Selling limits/sold & $  (all selling and Listings for limits / mid-top menu shows $)

     Scheduled  (listings)

     Active  (All Selling and Listings)

     Sold   (listings, scroll down)

Listings (Listings and top menu bar)

The side bar offered

Selling new items/drafts  (All Selling and Listings)

    PayPal  (Selling Tools)

The top bar offered

    Messages (top menu)

    Feedback (top menu)

Frustrating to think I've lost information, and not have it available to customize the new platform. All my home page links were rerouted to the new Seller Hub Overview!

Re: Classic Seller site

@tutusgarden

You are talking about the seller's HUB.

They are talking about the seller's PAGE.

They are two completely different things.

The seller's PAGE had all of the selling info on one easy to read/glance at page...none of the endless tabs.

Now...the NEW seller's PAGE is a bit similar to the seller's hub with it's tabs tabs tabs that you have to click click click onto to see active/sold/unsold/drafts/shipped/fb left (or not)...all of these things were on one page...now they all have separate tabs.  How does having all of these things on separate tabs more efficient?  We spend all day clicking onto tabs...scrollin' scrollin' scrollin'
