Claiming broken Zipper

Would like some opeinions on how to handle:

Sold a NWOT tags dress and just received message saying the zipper is broken. I have pictures of the zipper in the auction and it clearly was  not broken before I shipped it. I always zip and unzip zippers before I list every auction on top of having pictures.

Buyer wants 15 dollars to put in a new zipper or return for full refund.

Uggh, so she broke the zipper and I will have to pay for her to send it back because she will say item not as described as the reason for return

Thanks

Claiming broken Zipper

"Dear buyer,

I'm sorry about the zipper. Please return the dress for a full refund.

Yours,

Seller"

Include a prepaid label and wait.

IMO FWIW if there was REALLY something wrong with the dress a return or SNAD case would be opened. If there was just a message asking for $15 for a "repair"...I do believe the buyer is phishing. Put the ball in their court.  They can either return it for a full refund or keep it the way it is.

Claiming broken Zipper

She sent a picture of a clearly broken zipper. She must not remember that I have a picture of the zipper in the auction that is fully zipped with a perfectly fine zipper.

As said earlier, tell her to return for a full refund.

eBay will take her side anyway in a dispute.

Just like you're sure your photo proves she broke the zipper after she received it,

eBay believes it's possible that you broke the zipper yourself, after you photographed the listing.

It most likely not broken, she is just fishing for a partial (that's why she suggested it). If there is no case open, simply say return for refund. If she opens a SNAD case, it's your call at that point whether you want to pay return shipping (plus original shipping) on something that may be unsellable.
