Did ebay remove the ability to report buyer(s) who circumvent my BBL by using a second ID to purchase or attempt to purchase?
I have b.o. options on my listings because I like to be able to check a potential buyer's feedback (left for others) before selling.
So a week ago, I accepted an offer from someone. (Why someone wouldn't pay for an item at the price that they chose is beyond me!) But after 4 days, the order was canceled for non-payment, buyer got a strike, I put the ID on my BBL and relisted the item.
Today, I received another offer from a different ID on the same item for the same amount.
After checking the feedback left, I checked the wannabe buyer's location is the same city/state as the NPB.
I can't find a way to report this violation. Did ebay take that ability away?
This is the only way I can find to report a buyer but there's no ability to add comments about using a 2nd ID to circumvent a block. (The UID was closed.)

I usually select a reason that ties to why I blocked them in the first place, even if it's not an exact match. There are real people reading these reports so it's fine if the reason code is a bit off. Once you drill down and select a reason the comment box will appear where you can explain why you're reporting them.
Due to non-payment I put this ID [id # 1] on blocked list, buyer attempting to circumvent block with new ID [id #2] by sending an offer on the same item. Did not find a specific circumventing a block selection under the report flow so I selected the option that most closely fit the situation.
If you're on social you can send a DM with the 2 IDs and report that way. Either option works.

You can report actual BUYERS but since you did not complete the transaction there is no buyer.

This is exactly what I was hoping was okay to do. Thank you.
