Chinese popup box instead of printing packing slips?

So, this morning's issue is, I went in to print packing slips for my orders and instead of the normal printing pop up, I got this one in Chinese? What's going on, Ebay? I need to print my orders.

That happens all the time with the leave feedback popup window. X out of it and try again - it usually works the 2nd or 3rd time. It's bad coding, typical for eBay.
