Checout error, state excluded

Today someone trying to buy one of my bin listings tells me that at checkout Ebay tells him  it won't ship to his state. (AR)

I checked my listing, I am not excluding any state ( not sure that's possible anyway). Then I go to the "calculate shipping" on my listing and it won't calculate ANY zip code for me. 

It a taxidermy item, (deer antlers) but afaik it is legal to sell.

I'm thinking it is a glitch and will go away but do I need to let ebay know? I think the only way to contact ebay though is to call, am I righjt?

You might want to check the rules for such things in that state. I have seen listings for plants that could not be shipped to certain states. Your antlers may be a can't buy/sell/trade item in AR without some sort of license.

I don't know what the reason may be...........shipping won't calculate on yours........says to enter a proper zip code.........yet virtually the same item from another seller  shows shipping for me, so I don't think it's legal/illegal problem...........  are you sure the shipping is setup correctly??

Yes, I had thought of that, but would ebay be keeping track of that and step in to block the sale? Anyway I did google it and found a fairly recent Arkansas statute that allows deer antlers. And also I can't get the calculate shipping to work on my listing. I will check all my listings now and see.

On mobile it shows contact seller for shipping quote.

Curiouser and curiouser.  I set up shipping the same as all my listings.

Do the box dimensions exceed the limits for the shipping service you chose?
