I accepted an offer for an item but when I got to the checkout, it takes a while to load, then it says "We ran into a problem. Please go back and then try to check out again" I can't pay for the item, even no matter what type of payment I change to, same message. Can anyone please help?
You are in Australia.......and this board is primarily US Sellers...... There may be problems in Aust that we don't know about........suggest you post on their board.........
Offers remain available for sale to other buyers until it is paid for, perhaps some other buyer just bought with buy it now which could account for your inability to pay for the offer.
