So I know I am not the only one who has this problem and this is kind of an update. Any way, my store has about 550 listings. On my laptop they all show up. However, on my app, only about 200 show up. it's not my phone. I have had other people on their phones. I recommend you check yours as well if you have an ebay store.
Anyway, I have had this issue for a long time. I have contacted ebay many, many times since April. They claim "they are working on it" I also contacted ceo. They claimed they would get back to me in 3 to 5 days. We are on about day nine. I have not heard from them even though I sent them a reminder day 7. I have also filed a BBB report and negative feeback. Nothing is moving ebay to make a change. Oh, they are also still charging me store fees.
I am ready to contact the attorney general of both Oregon and California. Anyway, i highly recommend checking your app if you haven't because I've seen other forum posts that mentioned they have this issue as well.
