eBay improperly and illegally increased my commission.
I counted all the sales and all the reimbursements of the commission and the following results came out:

Sales Comissions from 14 September 2018 to 5 October 2018 USD 1423,3

Sales Refunds USD 566,19

Payment 15 Septeber 2018 made by me USD 57,35 (Balance from 15 September 2018 was shown as 0 as only, since I made credit account, closed debt)

Payment 1 October 2018 USD 23,64

Real eBay commisions due to pay only cannot be higher USD 781,12

Therefore dear eBay Support, explain me please for what I must to pay you USD 911,35

This is wrong comissions! I must to pay for sales only this comission not more than USD 781,12 !!!

Therefore, I ask the eBay company to correct the incomprehensibly worn-out balance of my commission.

I understand, my apologies, I see what you mean about the first name being in feedback~not a good idea. OP needs to read the digital goods policy as well.

Let me make sure I understand the above: you had to refund 40% of the dollar amount of your sales (recognizing that refunds can be from 30 days prior)? Your sales were USD $1,423.30, and you refunded USD $566.19?

And were the refunds part of a Dispute process?

Did you refund voluntarily or were you forced * to refund by eBay?

*EBay will refund a buyer if the seller refuses and then goes after the seller for their money. This also earns Defects.

Ebay Cheating?

It appears you are illegally selling license keys and downloads (hacked, cracked) for products that the legitimate companies send to their paying customers when they buy their products. I didn't have to look far to see that. I would even be wary of Trojan viruses injected into links from this.

That's why you have disclaimers such as this;

"The license key by special lower price is not intended for registration or creating an account with official site."

"Digital Download - Only the software download link will be delivered."

You are not a licensed reseller. I am surprised you are still allowed to sell on ebay.
