eBay improperly and illegally increased my commission.
I counted all the sales and all the reimbursements of the commission and the following results came out:
Sales Comissions from 14 September 2018 to 5 October 2018 USD 1423,3
Sales Refunds USD 566,19
Payment 15 Septeber 2018 made by me USD 57,35 (Balance from 15 September 2018 was shown as 0 as only, since I made credit account, closed debt)
Payment 1 October 2018 USD 23,64
Real eBay commisions due to pay only cannot be higher USD 781,12
Therefore dear eBay Support, explain me please for what I must to pay you USD 911,35
This is wrong comissions! I must to pay for sales only this comission not more than USD 781,12 !!!
Therefore, I ask the eBay company to correct the incomprehensibly worn-out balance of my commission.

You likely fell into what is considered "very high" SNAD returns, which ebay has now decided they will charge 14% final value fees.
Oh, and the replies you left for the negs you recieved are horrible. The worst I've seen. After seeing them, I wouldn't buy from you if you were the last seller on ebay.

I will look at you when fraudsters overcome you and deliberately spoil your reputation. How much is enough for you!

Its just a hundred dollars or so whats the big deal. Best regards

I see that your account is registered in the Russian Federation, and you are registered as a Private Seller, not as a Business Seller. Russia has VAT of 18%, and eBay charges VAT on their fees for services provided to private sellers, according to the law. In Europe, business sellers can register their VAT number with eBay in order to avoid being charged VAT on the seller fees. That may also be true for sellers in Russia, but you would have to find out for yourself, because I can't check that.
The difference between $781.12 and $911.35 is approximately 17%. That should be 18% and the difference is probably due to something like round-off error, or an unmentioned fee or credit.
Here is the eBay policy about this:

cussing and feedback is absolutely not cool at all. Not to mention the chances of your software being legitimate are pretty slim. I hope eBay gives you the boot

Software is prone to have high return rates due to incompatability issues. Also, anything computer related is a high fraud category. I really do feel for sellers in these categories, because there is little they can do to avoid having to pay the extra fees.

These are members just like yourself. We are not Ebay. You might want to check out the fee schedule as mentioned previously so you have a good understanding of how fees work.
Also you may not have to worry about paying so much in fees again. Your feedback responses will be seen by future buyers, who may decide not to buy from you based on what you have written. Sorry but you are judged by future buyers who will check your feedback before buying. A professional and courteous response would have given future buyers confidence to buy from you, now, however...
Do you really think people will buy from you when they see your responses?

I suspect that OP was trying to be familiar & friendly with his buyer FB. However, is it appropriate to 'out" someone's name in the FB, for all to see?

Also those buyers aren't going to care if you banned them. They have already decided never to do business with you again~your feedback for them will push other buyers away as well.

With all due respect, @goldguy22k have you read the negative feedback responses? There is no way that is familiar and friendly. Profanity, and name calling.

Those are NOT the replies hioctane was referring to...
But while on the subject, how can OP write the F word in his replies and we can't even tell a seller the pen we bought from them is great?

Yes, I saw the replies to negative feedback.
Prolly didin't state it well but, my comment was on "the rest" of the FB for buyers. He/she uses the name of the buyer in the FB reply.
