Charitable shipping allowance?

The Ebay Charitable giving FAQ is maddeningly opaque (surprise!). So let's assume:

- I list something and I say 100% of my auction proceeds go to a (recognized) Ebay charity

- Shipping in the listing is set at $20

- The item sells for $100. The buyer pays $120 + taxes (ignore taxes for now)

- All $12 in Final Value Fees are rebated to my seller account (since the percentage to charity was 100%) - so I end up with no net Ebay fees

All that makes sense. But what I don't see discussed anywhere - does my charity receive $100 from Ebay? or does it get the full $120? In other words, am I stuck "donating" the cost of shipping, or am I allowed to charge (and then get reimbursed by the buyer) for reasonable shipping, and the charity just gets the "real" proceeds?

I sure don't want to put an item up for charity - or at least I want be more selective - if I know I'm going to have to pay for shipping out of pocket every time.

Charitable shipping allowance?

Since there seemingly isn't anyone out there in Community who knows the answer, is there some help / support address at Ebay (NOT the normal customer service) that specializes in charitable giving questions?
