I have been charging $4.05, Monthly, I want to stop it, I am buying my item direct from ebay, I am not selling anything. Please stop charging me, and please refund me all money that you charge me.

Who is charging you $4.05 monthly? You don't buy items direct from eBay, but from eBay sellers. More, please...

You are talking to buyers and sellers not eBay and we can not see that information. Ebay will not see this message. What does the invoice say the charges are for? Correct you are buying from individual sellers not eBay.
