If you cancelled one of your auctions after bids were placed, you are responsible for the final value fees.

We need more information. What was the listed item? Normally they should refund you the seller fees. You might have to wait for a eventual refund credit.

You haven't given us enough information so we can help you. It is likely we can, but we have to know the details.
What reason did you use for the Cancellation?
Had your buyer already Paid?
What type of listing, Auction or fixed price?
If auction, had the auction closed or was it still active?
Did you cancel the buyer's bid on an auction and then close the auction?
Details, we need to know more in order to help you.

You need to give us more details. Are you the seller? If you ended a listing with bids, yes you are still charged the final value fee. eBay doesn't like when buyers are disappointed.

Were you charged listing fees (for an item after cancellation), or were you charged selling fees after cancelling an auction?

When or why are we charged a "listing fee" for cancelling a transaction? Just curious, I wasn't aware of this, but then I haven't ran auctions in years.

In answer to your question, sellers have never been charged a listing fee for cancelling. (That doesn't even make sense, no?) I was trying to clarify the OP's, "Charged for listing an item after cancellation"... it reads as if the OP is saying he/she was charged a listing fee, not selling fees. I was hoping that the OP would realize the difference in the two.

That seems correct. That is how eBay collects the fees you owe if you do not have a balance in your account.
