Changing pictures and text of store

I went to manage my store section, clicked edit store, changed the logo, banner, title etc. I also edited the feedback profile. Despite this my old logo still shows on individual listings and old store name. How do you change this?

Try removing the options, save, then add the options back, save, and see what happens.

That didn't work and Ebay has not contacted since with a solution.

@halloween-skeletons I googled it for you and found a thread on this board with a few solutions. Hope this works for you!

It's a very annoying glitch with the new store layouts. If you're available you should bring it up during Chat on Wednesday.

They're so many glitches. I was wondering if I should revert to the old store, make changes and revert back. I asked Ebay but they couldn't advise. I can't get the old picture to disappear but my UPC's disappear all the time.

I know it's incredibly frustrating.

According to that link I provided, reverting to the old store is one way to fix it. Just keep in mind that when you switch back and forth you'll have to re-do some of the settings for the new store layout - yet another pain. At least it will fix the issue of the old logo/name on the listings.
