Hello guys!
I contacted a customer who ended up giving me a negative review after not reading the item description. They agreed to change the feedback so I sent her a feedback revision form and she lost it, I couldn’t send it again because it only allows you to do it once. She kept saying that she wanted to change it but didn’t know how.
I sent a few emails explaining how to do it and she just never did, now about 10 or so days later her review says ‘review canceled’. Is it all over and I just have to admit defeat or can I keep trying?
I have worked so hard to have a perfect record of good reviews for a couple of years, this is my only source of income to provide for my family since COVID-19 descended upon us and I am selling bath and body items to ladies, you have no idea the hurricane of pickiness and Karen’s I’ve had to deal with to keep that record. *sigh*

Hang in there.
As a buyer and seller we all experience this issue. Sometimes facts develop along the story and the feedback should change. The way I see it, if a seller has 100 positive reviews I immediately assume it has bot assistance like the Chinese accounts and the feedback means nothing. If a seller has no negative feedback then have they really done any business?
