On the 20th of January I received an email from Ebay telling me that "Nice work! You've recently improved your seller performance on eBay in the GLOBAL seller performance standards program Your level is no longer Below Standard, and you're meeting the minimum requirements to sell on eBay ". But today, January 24, I receive another email saying that "You can not sell internationally!

There are limits on where you can sell

Your seller performance is not meeting the minimum requirements to sell on eBay and your seller level is now Below Standard in the US seller performance standards program.

The truth is that I do not understand if I do not have negative grades and I have been buying and selling on Ebay for years

Feedback is not used to rate Seller Performance. Have a look at your Seller Dashboard to see details on the reason you are Below Standard.

When you are signed into your seller account, go to this link - https://sellerstandards.ebay.com/dashboard

and you click on the performance level in question and you should have a link (far right side) to get a full report and that should help you understand what eBay is rating you on.

Your seller dashboard is not available at this time because your account has been restricted.

Call eBay CS and they will explain if you can't get to your dashboard. Once the restriction is lifted, you should check you dashboard frequently. If you haven't been shipping on time and/or not responding to buyer complaints that's most likely your issue. But, eBay CS can certainly tell you why you have been restricted.
