Change in Listing Shipping Methods

Did something get updated recently? I am not a big seller, but have been doing it for years and now have no clue what to select for shipping. UPS is no longer an option and the options for FedEx and USPS do not match what those services show on their own website - I also do not see an option for how to set a shipping price manually.

I also noticed I was automatically opted into international shipping recently, though I always turn that option off.

It just all seems very confusing now. I literally shipped out a package with USPS ground advantage last week, but I don't have an option to select that for a listing I am making today.

Hopefully, it is just me doing something wrong? Thanks for your help!

Re: Change in Listing Shipping Methods

Is it possible your account was switched over to business policies? If that's what happened, it's easy to opt out. Screenshot and link below.

Business policies help me keep my sanity. Manage and edit them (or disable them to go back to how you used to set up your listings) on this page.

Once you set up your shipping policies and name them so you can easily identify them, you can go to your active listings and bulk edit to assign your new policies.

After the initial mess of policies that are created when you first sign up are no longer tied to active listings, you can delete them.

It takes a little time and work to set it up, but in my opinion it's well worth it.

Re: Change in Listing Shipping Methods

Thank you very much for pointing that section out! I have no idea what happened and the default list for shipping options is still confusing/messed up, but I created a policy for USPS ground advantage and that seemed to do what I was trying to on the listing page. I greatly appreciate the help!
