Change default setting for counter offers when sending offer

Anyone figure out how and where it might be possible to change the default setting for counter offers when sending offer?  Currently the default is to allow counter offers, something I am not interested in doing so I must manually change that setting every time.  I have looked for somewhere to change that default setting but have yet to find it.

Excellent question.  Ebay has really hidden any of the useful seller features very well.   Hope you have hours, and hours to waste trying to figure it out.

Are you using the app, or a PC? It does NOT seem to be the default on my PC, although if I choose to use it on one, the next one will treat it as default. But if I change back to no counter-offers, the next one will show no counter offers.

But on the app, it appears to be the default, and I have to change it each time I send an offer (unless I want to entertain counter offers.....sometimes do, sometimes don't. For me, it's a minor issue, since I usually use the PC to send offers....I haven't tried to figure out if there is a way to change the default on the app.
